May 10 is Mother’s Day

Mother’s Day celebrates moms, foster moms, surrogate moms, grandmothers, aunts, and the other important women role models in your life. Approximately 152 million cards are mailed and 122 calls are made on Mother’s Day! President Woodrow Wilson declared May 9, 1914 as the first Mother’s Day.

Be sure to celebrate your mom, grandmother, aunt, or special mother-figure in your life by sending her lots of extra love this year! Whether it’s a handwritten letter, old photographs, a heart-felt greeting card, a child or grandchild’s drawing, a bouquet of flowers, a new bestseller, or a new jigsaw puzzle, let her know how much she is appreciated throughout the year, but especially on Sunday, May 10th.
