Oneida Nursing & Rehab Center has happily served northeast Tennessee, hometown Scott County, and all surrounding communities since 1997. Tucked in the middle of a rural Appalachian area, our serene setting encourages residents to step outside and see the rolling landscape. Our center is known in the community for its annual luau, which our team has successfully hosted for 16 years now, providing dinner, drinks and fun entertainment.
Daily, our staff endeavors to provide a supportive, home-like environment with relaxing rooms, dining options and plenty of wellness activities. We value strong community connections and opportunities to serve, which include RN nursing care, individual van transportation to and from physician’s appointments accompanied by a driver and nurse, and an exceptional activities program seven days a week offering community integration trips to local attractions. We feel honored to care for the region’s senior populations.
On November 26, 2019 our center was awarded The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval for Nursing Care Center Accreditation for complying with the highest national standards for safety and quality of care, and a commitment to continually improving patient care. In addition, our compliance with the National Patient Safety Goals was validated by The Joint Commission in 2019.
